• Step 1 : Select the Model of Your UPS.
• Step 2 : Mail us the Model and Sl. no to us to apc@essgi.net and make the payment to our account in advance by NEFT / Cheque. (Click here to get NEFT details)
• Step 3 : Upon Realisation of your payment we will verify the unit and activate the SIB if the unit is under working condition and meets all pre-requisits of APC Service Sales Department.
• Step 4 : Once it is activaited you will be issued the Service entitlement and Invoice copies (Soft copies only).
• Step 5 : Whenever you have issue you may contact APC Call center and log the complaint.
