HR Management - Uniform Policy Policies                                                                                                              

Uniform Policy :
1. All Employees are expected to wear the Uniform on every day during working hours within the office or when at client’s place
2. 2 Sets of Uniforms are being given to employees per year at free of cost. However, if any one needs to buy extra sets they may buy the same by paying the prevailing market prices.
3. All employees are required to wear the uniform for providing any service or performing any of the activities on behalf EIPL.
4.If management notices that the uniforms are being not used by employees, a showcause notice will be issued and considered as lapse in the service which is liable for fine upto Rs. 500/- per instance.
5. All employees are adviced to wear the uniform with inshirt, Saftey shoe also need to shave and trim their mustache time to time for smart & executive look.
6. Uniforms are given to Employees at free of cost, however, if any employees who leaves the organization within 6 months from the date of issue of uniform, actual cost of the uniform will be debited while settling their account.
7. All contractor, free-lancer who are working for EIPL also required to use the uniform as a standard.  However, they need to buy the uniform on their own cost at prevailing market price.
8. All employees are required to wear the ID card along with uniform to make their identity / brand clear.
9. New employees who joins on and after 1st March 2019, need to buy the uniform @ Rs. 650/- per set. However, this will be refunded in 6 months of their service. If they do not serve for 6 months then no refund will be made.
