HR Management - Claim Policies                                                    
Claims Policy :
  1. All Claims are to be claimed on daily basis.
  2. Any claims claimed after one day or late claims are liable to reject.
  3. Provide only valid data. If management notices that the data is invalid, a serious action will be taken against the employee.
  4. Monthly claims are collected on or before 5th of  Everymonth.  Late claims will be either rejected or phosphoned on case to case basis.
  5. EIPL will process the monthly local conveyance claims only once in a month along with the salary, if missed (claims are not available in portal) it will be either rejected or postponed to next month.
  6. Service claims are to be claimed only after the receipt of the payment from customer else it will be rejected. 
  7. No duplicate claims are allowed. All duplicate claims are liable for penalty upto Rs. 1000/- per claim.
  8. False claims are also liable for entire claim rejection and penalty upto Rs. 1000/- per claim.
