1. Every employees of the orgnisation will get one day paid leave after completion of their one year tenure in the organization.
2. Cost of the paid leaves are actually paid once in a year during the Ayud pooja instead of discounting it every month.
3. To get eligible for the payment of cost of the leave you are required to be on roll with EIPL on the day of payment.
4. All Employees are required to apply the leave in EIPL website and get it approved before they actually go on leave. It is always suggested to plan your leave and apply atleast 3 days before you plan to take leave.
5. If your leave is approved you will get the mail approval for applied leave. You can always call approver and get it approved before you go on leave.
6. If the leave is not approved or if the leave is not emergency leave employees are liable to deduct 2 days salary for every one day unauthorized leave.
7. Un-authorized Leave on next day of public holiday ( or Monday), is considered seriously and liable for penalty by considering the holiday as unpaid day.
1. Employees are allowed to take permission for early departure based on the occasion / events with pre-approval once in 3 months.
2. Employees are NOT allowed to take permission for Late coming in at any point of time except medical emergencies with proof.
