HR Management - Attendance, Leave, Permission Policies                                                    
Working Hours / Leave / Permission Policies:                                                           

A. Working Hours :
1.Essgi Infotech Private Limited Working Hours are 9:30AM to 6:30 PM  
2. Launch Break : 1:30 PM to 2:00PM
3. Employees are free to take 15 Mins. break in in Morning Hrs and One in Evening Hours.
4. Employees are NOT allowed to take permission for Late coming in at any point of time except medical emergencies with proof.
Late Arrival :
5. A late of 15 Mins. are allowed every employee. Means employees are allowed to come to office on or before 9:45AM.
6. However, employees who walks in late (after 9:30AM) are required to work till 6:45PM to compensate the late arrival.
7. Employees arrived after 9:45AM are considered at violation of policy and liable for separate penalty along with working till 6:45PM.
8. Employees who comes after 9:45AM will be treated as below :
  1. 1 - 2 Late arrival  are considered as 0.5 Day Leave
  2. 3 - 4  Late arrival  are considered as 1.0 Day Leave
  3. 5 - 6  Late arrival  are considered as  2.0 Days Leave
  4. 7 - 8  Late arrival are considered as  3 Days Leave
  5.  Beyond 8 Days it is considered as  6 Days leave
9. Employees are allowed to take permission for early departure based on the occasion / events with pre-approval once in 3 months.
10. Employees are NOT allowed to take permission for Late coming in at any point of time except medical emergencies with proof.
 
 
 

  B. Leave Policy :
1. Every employees of the orgnisation will get one day paid leave after completion of their one year tenure in the organization.
2. Cost of the paid leaves are actually paid once in a year during the Ayud pooja instead of discounting it every month. 
3. To get eligible for the payment of cost of the leave you are required to be on roll with EIPL on the day of payment.
4. All Employees are required to apply the leave in EIPL website and get it approved before they actually go on leave.  It is always suggested to plan your leave and apply atleast 3 days before you plan to take leave.
5.  If your leave is approved you will get the mail approval for applied leave. You can always call approver and get it approved before you go on leave.
6. If the leave is not approved or if the leave is not emergency leave employees are liable to deduct 2 days salary for every one day unauthorized leave.
7. Un-authorized Leave on next day of public holiday ( or Monday), is considered seriously and liable for penalty by considering the holiday as unpaid day.
C. Permission:
1. Employees are allowed to take permission for early departure based on the occasion / events with pre-approval once in 3 months.
